Q: What is your deposit policy?

A: Your deposit holds your appointment time open and acts as collateral for the time reserved for you.  The deposit is NOT a fee, it is applied to the final price of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable.  A deposit may be transferred to another date if we are given at least 48 hours notice.  You WILL lose the deposit if you fail to show up to your appointment, fail to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, show up to your appointment without proper identification, arrive significantly late to your appointment, decide you want an entirely different tattoo than what was agreed upon, decide not to get tattooed at all, or fail to inform your artist about certain skin and health conditions that would interfere with your tattoo and healing.  Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

Q: What health or medical conditions should I be aware of before scheduling an appointment?

A: Your health, and the health of your tattoo are of the utmost importance to us.  If you have any concerns, please discuss them with your artist, or a doctor before scheduling an appointment.  This includes conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, hepatitis, hemophilia, HIV-AIDS or any other communicable disease, heart condition, or if you are taking medicine which thins the blood. Further, any skin conditions (such as, but not limited to: acne, scarring (keloid), eczema, psoriasis, freckles, moles, or sunburn) that may interfere with your tattoo.  These conditions do not mean you cannot get tattooed, but you will want to consult with a doctor and, or, your artist about the application, care, and healing of your tattoo; and you.
